By about 9:00 or 10:00 pm at night, I have an urge to scavenge the kitchen for some snacks. I can’t stay away from chocolate, cheese, and certain Asian snacks, like these seaweed covered crackers.
Sometimes, I can exercise self control and restraint, but other times, I am pathetically hopeless caving in to sugar and fat. I wish there was a key to your mouth that automatically locks up after 9:00 PM!! Let me know any of your tips on late night self control, cause I can sure use it!
